Was born in 1963 in Yerevan. Finished secondary school with a mathematical bias in 1980. Then studied at Yerevan Polytechnic University at the Department of Radio Engineering. After finishing the University he worked in the sphere of Armenian industry and science. He founded publishing house “Phenomen” and the top of its activity became the “Arahet” multi-disciplinary magazine.
