Waves pick up speed and grow in height as the tide come in. This photograph was captured during my explorations of the Sierra Nevada Mountains. The image has been digitally remastered to resemble an oil painting on fine linen canvas. The painterly effect and canvas texture are especially noticeable in the larger sizes of prints.
