Contest Rules

The Digital Eye Contest Hello, welcome new members, I want to invite you to create your digital best eye (s) inside a border or window. Using dynamic and explosive colors. Can use photos but must be converted into a digital image. You can use any color. NO BLACK & WHITE NO PAINTING PLEASE. May submit up to 3 images. Winner’s image will be featured on the DYNAMIC DIGITAL GRAPHICS homepage. I can’t wait to see all of the creative submissions. Have fun!!

Voting Rules

1) You must be a member of Licensing.Pixels.com in order to cast votes in this contest. Your account must have been active at least 30 days prior to the start of the contest in order to vote.

2) You may only vote once per image.

3) You may vote for as many images as you like... but only once for any given image.
