Pressing Submit Button On New Upload Makes It Vanish

Am I the only person this is happening to?

I tried 3 times yesterday to upload a new image. I have waited twelve hours and tried again but every time I upload a new image it loads and I put in title, keywords and descriptions then when I press "Submit" it disappears and goes back to the "Upload new image" page.

I am on Mac OS Sierra on Safari. The image has a unique title, it is not a duplicate and I have even tried changing it but the problem still persists.

Please check the size of the image. Is it definitely under 25mb. That's the normal reason.

Please send it to me abbieshores- at - fineartamerica.com

I always upload an image putting in only the title first and then hit submit. Then I go back to fill in the keywords and description. At least that will save you some time.

I showed problems with loading of images last night. Everything goes normally, as usual, but when I press Submint everything is nullified, the loaded picture vanishes and throws out me on an initial step again. I tried 5 or 6 times last night and this morning - every time same, I can't load the image jpg 8Mb. :(((

I'm testing it shortly, Gill

Abbie, I have just gone back to the photoshop file and re-saved it and it has worked!

Somehow the jpg must have got corrupted when I saved it the first time. Unless it was a glitch that's just been fixed.

I also re-named it again.

That usually works. I'm glad.
