The genius of photography is the ability to capture something in a moment in time. The beauty of photography is the ability to show us the things we see or, perhaps, overlook everyday, and the challenge is to get us to stop and take notice.
I try to bring a sense of energy and emotion to whatever I photograph. When I make a photo I try to execute my technique at the time the image is captured. Motion, selective focus, or lack of focus the challenge is to keep the digital intrusion to a minimum. My commercial background helps me see an image before I capture it, but when I shoot I approach my subjects with an open mind.
This collection of photographs should be interpreted any way you, the viewer sees them. Some of these images will only be available for a short period. Stay tuned there is more to come.
