My paintings and photos reflect my love of the land.   My painting would probably be considered impressionistic realism.   I paint with both acrylic and oil paints.   Painting is very relaxing and lets me connect to nature in a unique way.   I have been living in the Southwest for about 30 years and love the diversity it has to offer.   There are endless painting and photography opportunities here.   Hiking is one of the pastimes I Iike to do, either with my dogs or alone and I quite often have my camera along.   I like to explore off...more
