..Bridie has been firmly established as a talented local artist, with particular flair for still-life and landscape painting.   However, her work spans a range of subjects and media from ink drawing to figurative painting, mixed media and pastels.   Bridie developed a love and interest for art and all things creative from a young age.   Her main source of inspiration is drawn from her strong roots in County Monaghan, where she grew up on a farm in rural Ireland.   She is now situated in Madden, where she teaches painting, drawing and calligraphy classes in her local community centre...more
