The Wainiha General Store, established in 1975, is the last store on the north shore of Kauai, Hawaii. You must cross many one-lane bridges to reach it. Don't owrry if you lost your sunglasses, ran out of sunscreen, have a craving for potato chips or need ice. This general store has it.

An artists' gallery adjoins the store. Rarely, are there any parking spots open. This is the only time I found a clear shot of the front of this building, even though we drove past it at least twice a day for two weeks.
