Description
Oh, the elephants is like a spear," said the woman who touched the tip of the tusk.
"Oh, no! It is like a huge snake. Said the man who touched the elephant's trunk
No way, the elephant is like a thick branch of a tree," said the man who touched the leg of the elephant.
"It is like a big hand fan," said the woman who touched the ear of the elephant.
"Who are you kidding? The elephants is like a huge wall," said the man who touched the belly of the elephant.
"You are all mistaken, the elephant is like a rope," Said the woman who touched the tail of the elephant.
They continued arguing until a person who could see (not necessarily wiser) told them that they were all right. Each one of them was right about ONE aspect of the elephant.
The actual story was about six blind men and the elephant. In fact, an Indian elephant.
I just decided to make mine the African elephant and also mix the human gender. It is a good idea to do that these days. We all can feel. It is not rocket science.
The moral of the story is that, if you have different views about a matter it doesn't make it wrong. When views are brought together they make the whole thing; the whole being as it were.
So then. A spear + snake + fan + tree + wall + rope = ELEPHANT.
Next time you come across a wild African Elephant, don't go happily touching anything on it. You won't be so thrilled when the elephant decides to touch some of your parts in return! It is just a story with a valuable teaching.
