Description
This drawing has been under glass for many years, a treasure that my late Dad who died in April confiscated for his own. It was my Dad who contacted his Congressman in Georgia while Reagan was still in office and had him hand this drawing directly to the President and have him autograph it (lower left hand corner) and ever since this was in his possession.
This was actually done by me in 1981 as fulfillment for my college art show.
