Description
A nostalgic scene of an old, weathered half-open window, with red geraniums in flower pots. I took the photo in Gatineau, the French side in the Ottawa area of Canada. I think that this is an evocative image showing the old European spirit in North America. I saw it as a touching mix of styles, cultures and eras with a homey feeling. I'm still wondering what's behind this window and who lives there...
