Description
The backbone of the fishing industry on the Chesapeake Bay has always been the blue crab. This guy was an escapee from one of my crab pots which I set each night off the end of my dock. There is nothing better in July or August to pull a half dozen crabs out of the pots, add a four or five ears of sweet corn along with a couple sliced tomatoes and you have a meal fit for kings.
