Re: Invoice# 1938434. Order made on December 6, 2020: I received the shirt and the image was too dark and part of the design had been reduced along the edges compared to the shirt + image on the website. It took overly long to receive the shirt. I lodged a complaint in late December 2020 and received an automated tech support ticket dated 12/31/2020. Eventually, a company employee emailed me and began a game to draw out a resolution beyond the 30 day return policy: He insisted I send him a photo of the shirt I received, then falsely claimed the photo I sent him was inadequate and requested another. The days ticked on. After I explained that was the only camera I had, and that I'm in Covid quarantine and have no access to another camera, this person then insisted that I "destroy" the shirt and then take a picture of the destroyed shirt and email it to him in return for a refund. I'm 59 years old and have never heard of such nonsense regarding a simple transaction in my life! I replied requesting a specific method for destroying the shirt that would not make any subsequent photo of the remnant unrecognizable as the original and haven't heard from this con man since. I even offered to pay to ship back the shirt in exchange for another with the same image only with the image 15% larger and 20% brighter and received no response. This issue remains unresolved as of February 8, 2021 -- over two months after the purchase date. I regard FineArtAmerica as an either incompetent or crooked outfit and recommend to all shoppers to AVOID IT AS A COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME.
