Description
This little cowboy appears to be disgruntled that the girls on horseback did not throw candy for him to collect. This was the end of the parade and he hadn't had much luck collecting the candy thrown from the other parade participants. The older kids usually beat him to it. This is the tail end(pun intended) of the Elbert Day Festival parade in 2017.
