This is my first Koala Christmas Card. I donate 25% of the proceeds of this card to the Koala Hospital in Port Macquarie, Australia. Koalas are threatened with extinction. This is mostly caused by the fact that residential neighbourhoods are build right in their habitat. Koalas often get hit by cars or get attacked by dogs. The Koala Hospital takes care of these wounded koalas. Koalas also lose their habitat because of bush fires that destroyed their eucalyptus trees. Koalas only eat eucalyptus, and they sleep around 18 to 22 hours a day.
