Sometimes it pays to be persistent. On my recent honeymoon trip, my wife and I spent about a week on a very secluded part of Panama bordering the Atlantic and a stone's throw from the San Blas islands. To say that it was "beautiful" would be an understatement. But our timing was during the rainy season and sunrises/sunsets were often occluded by moderate to heavy clouds. So, on the last evening there, I drug my camera out a final time in hopes that maybe, just maybe, we'd have enough of a break to let some color through. Well, the photo says it all. Persistence paid off.
