Description

This image was taken on the last night I spent in Hawaii before leaving on a red eye after 22 years of living there. The sunset that night was a spectacular show off Waikiki Beach in Honolulu, Hawaii. Most sunsets there are glorious. The sunset over the ocean that evening holds special meaning for me. It had been cloudy and overcast for a few days. I set out to the beach early that last evening hoping for a clear sky and a beautiful sunset.
