Caraciture of Donald J. Trump. Pencil on vellum by David Lloyd Glover. When I was a full time newspaper editorial cartoonist Richard Nixon was in his first term. Nixon was a cartoonist's dream. He was the embodiment of a cartoon character. Then along came Jimmy Carter with the toothy grin, followed by Reagan with the Bob's Burger hair and, the George Bush...Clinton...etc etc. I haven't been a cartoonist for some time now...but couldn't resist. My last cartoons were Hillary Clinton, Sarah Palin, John McCain and Brarack Obama. The Donald takes the cake...he even surpasses RIchard Nixion for cartoonist fodder.Couldn't resist at least a sketch....
