Beautiful painting inspired by the wonderful politician - Hood Graduated London Central St Martins 2005 Masters Degree Fine Art – Jackson Pollock - He is my inspiration also - The way he made the marks on the canvas, throwing the paint - The colours so vivid - Pollock he is my inspiration for sure - I hope the viewer will think that the artist (me) draws a fine divide between existentialism of freedom of choice and the juxtaposed concept of light against texture - The medium I choose is cellulose & acrylic paint on canvas - One can only get the softness and gradiations between colours through these mediums - and on a superb heavy duty cotton canvas it is of the highest quality - The texture of the canvas grips the paint and makes the painting more interesting with great depth
