Ooooo...one of my favorite subjects. You have captured it oh so beautifully Joy. With wonderfully warm tones. :-)
Joy McAdams replied:
Thank you so much Betty. This was a bucket list item that I arrived at in a downpour and it was actually quite dark in the wooded canyon the mill rests in. I punched up the light and some of the windows to give it that warmth. ...glad it worked for you!

Pretty in almost a haunting way.
Joy McAdams replied:
I can see that Maria. It is located in a small dark wooded canyon, and you have to know where you are going to find it. On the day I was there, it was in an absolute downpour of rain and cold mist, and I was the only one around. I still locked my car doors. I suppose on a nice summer day it is a busy, friendly place.
Queen Creek, AZ - United States
What a lovely place.
Joy McAdams replied:
Yes it is. An unexpected surprise when I found it was a covered bridge and hiking area. It also functions as a museum with limited hours.
