Description
The black cat that moves in the shadows of the jungle is a perfect custodian of the mysterious ancient temple. In my wildlife paintings, I often connect the animals with ancient architecture. That is to show that civilization, and the animals of the wild, can live together in harmony if there is respect for each others space. I placed the building in the shadow to contrast the lush green colored of the background. The painting gives the viewer a feeling of visiting a deep jungle with mystic ancient places that hold secrets from an ancient past.
