Ballard In Seattle
Artist
Jeff Burgess
Medium
Photograph - Giclee Print
Description
This wall ran along some railway tracks in a part of Seattle that has some industrial mixed in with residential.....a very wild mix. It has since been torn down, but the image haunted me for a long time.......Its symbolism is much greater than its reality....

Jeff .. this IS a haunting image ... something very compelling about this ... and I completely agree about the symbolism, right down to the beer can and the ominous sky ... what a find ... what a shot!!!!!!! Yes ... a WOWZER!!!
Jeff Burgess replied:
The wall is gone.....apartments have gone up....it is just a distant memory......and a testament to change over time.....We will all be just like this wall.

Good work my friend
Jeff Burgess replied:
This 'wall' is no longer there.....so now this is its only memorial that I know of. Thanks.

Intence...looming barned wire, perhaps unjust imprisionment...ditigal inhancement and colors add a lot of charector to this peice, the dark rooling clouds above everything you ever wanted...and your future
