For the love of the city! This piece is part of a large series, focused on 30 major cities in the USA.
Each city has variations...one is a rainbow spectrum, one is a vertical lined rainbow, one is a golden bokeh (depicting the city lights), and another is black and white which is my version of the concrete jungle.
I have viewed this work at different sizes in print, I consider 24x36 an optimal size for these pieces of art.
If you prefer the BW version, I highly recommend printing it on canvas, I have seen it in person and it's very impressive on canvas.
I am definitely a city girl.
I like having tons of options of where to eat, where to shop, places to go, museums and easy transportation.
I feel at home with the heartbeat of the city.
This particular version is patriotic with a sunset background. I wanted to create a patriotic version to the series but having just the flag was falling a bit flat to me, I decide the sunrise brings in a natural element of beauty and made the piece complete.
I served in the United States Navy, and I am a proud veteran.
I added the word "Large" to the title because this can be printed up to 96 inches.
