Sunset over the Blue Ridge Mountains during the summer rhododendron bloom outside of Asheville, North Carolina. There aren't many things better than being out in the Southern Appalachian Mountains during the summer flower bloom along the Blue Ridge Parkway, and standing in front of a gorgeous warm sunset over the expansive mountain landscape is the thing that a landscape photographer's dreams are made of. Hope you enjoy this view as much as we did!
