'In positive psychology, flow, also known colloquially as being in the zone, is the mental state of operation in which a person performing an activity is fully immersed in a feeling of energized focus, full involvement, and enjoyment in the process of the activity.' When you are so focused in the task at hand, you are 'self-less' and 'time-less'. It can happen when a painter is painting, a writer writing, or a musician playing an instrument. Running, playing tennis, dancing, swimming ..... It is living totally in the here and now. It is peaceful bliss.

Do you have artworks showcasing people doing a favorite activity and are 'in the zone'? If so, please submit them to the 'Flow' contest. Any medium is fine. Two entries per artist. Contest will last for nine day, starting June 9th. Voting will last for three days. Please remember to vote for your favorite images when voting starts. Thank you!
